Challenge
Learning to Sleep offers a new and more effective way to treat sleeping disorders. With its app anyone with sleeping challenges can meet with a psychologist and receive Cognitive behavioral therapy online. A treatment way better and more effective than sleeping pills. The challenge is that people neither know about the advantages with CBT nor of Learning to Sleep.

Solution
Today more than 800 000 Swedes are on sleeping pills. Doctors are prescribing them like never before. This is a growing health and social problem. To shine a light on this challenge and offer a solution Learning to Sleep decided to sample information about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy disguised as sleeping pills. In one hour, Learning to Sleep sampled 1000 boxes. The interest itself is an illustration of the problem and, hopefully, the beginning of a solution.
